Ken has degrees in Accounting and Financial Management and Law with a post graduate degree in Law from the University of Sydney specialising in taxation and corporate law. He is an accredited Chartered Taxation Adviser.
In the business world Ken has held senior positions that have included being the General Manager of CB-CLA Limited, a specialist securitisation subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia charged with responsibility for all client originated business of that Bank. He was also the General Manager Securitisation of Credit Lyonnais Australia Limited responsible for all that Bank’s securitisation business in the Asia Pacific Region and the Head of Capital Markets with HSBC Markets based in Sydney.
